Refund & Cancelation Policy
All DeepWork products Including The Accelerator Program: Unless otherwise stated on the specific product’s sales page and order form all DeepWork training courses, coaching programs and related purchases come with a 14-day refund policy.
Payment plans such as the 2x $297 and 7x $97 payment plans for the eLearning Accelerator do not qualify for this 14-day refund policy and you agree to complete these payment plans in full upon checkout.
To have your refund qualify for this offer please reach out to our support staff via email (Support@DeepWorkLabs.com) and request a refund within this time frame with any additional information required to qualify for a refund on that specific product.
All refund requests made after the 14-day period following payment and account creation do not qualify.
Note: Upon the filing of any type of chargeback or dispute we reserve the right to void any of this policy and charge your payment method on file for any additional fees or damages caused during the process. The graphic below outlines the timeline of actions we take upon having a fraudulent chargeback or dispute filed.
Also, any one time services provided such as the custom marketing plans offered at checkout to not qualify for a refund after 24 hours of signup. DeepWork also has the right to cancel any customer's account without a given reason or notification.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
